SEWAGE SYSTEM
The system will collect and filter black and grey water separately, with 100% of the treated water used to nourish the vibrant green areas across the project.
SOLAR PANELS
All the villas will be equipped with solar panels to harness renewable energy.
MINERAL PAINT
Made from natural materials, contains no harmful chemicals, and is long-lasting. It reduces carbon emissions and promotes healthier indoor air quality while being biodegradable.
SOLAR STREETLAMPS
Designed to withstand Aruba's weather, offering durability and a glow that reduces blue light, helping to minimize light pollution and protect local biodiversity.
Inverter AC
Inverter AC units cut electricity use, lower carbon emissions, and maintain stable temperatures for better efficiency.
Thermal Insulation
Traditional blocks will be used for the project due to their superior thermal insulation properties, reducing the need for excessive heating or cooling.
Pneumatic Vacuum elevator
Select two-story villas offer an optional air-powered pneumatic vacuum elevator, reducing energy use with its efficient, mechanism-free design.

We will be utilizing LED lamps for energy efficiency.
pavers
We chose pavers over traditional asphalt for the project due to their durability, better water drainage, easier maintenance, and more attractive appearance.
double glassed windows and doors
We will use double glassed windows for better insulation, reduced noise, and improved energy efficiency, providing a quieter, more comfortable home while lowering energy costs.
green areas
Greenery, plants, and trees are beneficial for the environment as they absorb carbon dioxide, mitigating climate change, and release oxygen, improving air quality.
irrigation system
Filtered water from the sewage system will pass through a pump house for additional filtering with fertilizer, then flow through the irrigation system to water the green areas of the community.
